Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes (Printer-Friendly Version)

01 - 4 Russet potatoes
02 - 3-4 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
03 - Kosher salt, to taste
04 - Black pepper, to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400˚F.
02 - Scrub the potatoes under running water then pat dry with paper towels.
03 - Poke the potatoes all over with a fork. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with salt & pepper.
04 - Transfer the potatoes to the pre-heated air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 20 minutes on one side, then flip and cook another 20 minutes on the other side, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the skin is crisp. Baking time will vary depending on the size of the potatoes.
05 - Slice open each potato, fluff the insides and serve with desired toppings.
