Juicy Air Fryer Beef Kabobs (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
02 - 1 large bell pepper, color of choice
03 - 1 large red onion (or onion of choice)

→ For the marinade

04 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the beef chunks with all marinade ingredients (olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper). Mix until the meat is fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours for more flavor.
02 - When ready to cook, preheat your air fryer to 400°F. While it's heating, cut the bell pepper and red onion into 1-inch pieces. Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper pieces, and onion chunks onto skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
03 - Place the prepared skewers into the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they fit properly. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through cooking time, until the beef is nicely charred on the outside and tender on the inside.

# Recipe Notes:

01 - Be sure to check that your skewers fit into your air fryer model. If they don't fit, you can simply place the marinated meat and vegetables directly in the air fryer basket.
02 - 6-inch skewers typically fit in most air fryer models and work better than longer skewers.
