01 - 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
02 - 12 asparagus stalks
03 - 1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
04 - 4 slices Parmesan cheese
05 - Olive oil
06 - Italian seasoning
07 - Garlic powder
08 - Smoked paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper.
03 - Carefully cut pockets in each chicken breast.
04 - Trim and wash asparagus and combine it with sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan.
05 - Stuff each pocket of chicken with the filling and secure with toothpicks.
06 - Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; sear the stuffed chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
07 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
