Baked Pumpkin Spice Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 15.25 ounce package spice cake mix
02 - 15 ounces pumpkin puree
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons milk
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
02 - In a large bowl, add the cake mix and pumpkin puree. Beat the cake mix and pumpkin together until smooth.
03 - Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into a donut pan.
04 - Bake the donuts for 10-15 minutes or until they spring back when pressed lightly with your finger.
05 - Transfer to a wire rack and cool for 5 minutes. Remove the donuts from the pan and cool completely.
06 - To make the glaze, whisk together the sugar, milk, and vanilla.
07 - Dip the donut tops in the glaze and return to the wire rack. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
