Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 4 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix for 1 minute until well combined.

Add flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt to the wet mixture. Fold gently until just combined.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped Oreo cookies.

Lightly roll dough into balls, around 4 to 6 ounces each, and place them on a light-colored baking sheet. Bake for 9–10 minutes.

Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring. Optionally, top cookies with additional Oreo pieces after removing them from the oven for a gourmet effect.
