# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup cold butter, cut into small cubes
02 - 1 cup brown sugar
03 - 1/2 cup sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 3 cups flour
07 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch
08 - 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins

10 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 - 1/2 to 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
12 - 20 Oreo cookies, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
02 - Add eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix for 1 minute until well combined.
03 - Add flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt to the wet mixture. Fold gently until just combined.
04 - Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped Oreo cookies.
05 - Lightly roll dough into balls, around 4 to 6 ounces each, and place them on a light-colored baking sheet. Bake for 9–10 minutes.
06 - Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring. Optionally, top cookies with additional Oreo pieces after removing them from the oven for a gourmet effect.

# Notes:

01 - Chop Oreo cookies into chunks, reserving some for garnish if desired.
