# Instructions:

01 - Toss the mushrooms in the oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking pan to ensure even cooking.
03 - Place the baking pan in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting.
04 - Remove the mushrooms from the oven and serve them hot as a side dish or topping.
