# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1/2 cup 2% milk
03 - 1 teaspoon matcha powder
04 - 1 medium frozen banana

# Instructions:

01 - Add Greek yogurt, milk, matcha powder, optional sweetener, and frozen banana to the blender. Follow the ingredient order recommended by the blender manufacturer.
02 - Blend the smoothie until completely smooth and free of lumps, approximately 1 minute. Use the smoothie button if available.
03 - Garnish with banana slices and a sprinkling of matcha powder if desired.

# Notes:

01 - If you don't have a frozen banana, use a ripe banana and add ice cubes. Avoid using green bananas due to bitterness.
02 - Freeze overripe bananas for later use. Slice into one-inch chunks before freezing for easier blending.
03 - To adjust consistency, add milk to thin or more yogurt to thicken. A higher milkfat yogurt will also make the smoothie thicker.
