→ Smoky Honey Glaze

08 - 1 cup ketchup
09 - 1/2 cup honey
10 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
11 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
12 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
13 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
14 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
16 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 150°C and line a baking sheet with foil. Rub ribs with olive oil, then season generously with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, optional cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Massage seasonings into the meat.
02 - Wrap seasoned ribs tightly in foil to create a sealed packet. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 2.5-3 hours until the meat is tender and pulls easily away from the bone with a fork.
03 - Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a glossy consistency.
04 - Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush generously with the prepared glaze, ensuring all surfaces are coated. Increase oven temperature to 200°C or prepare a grill for medium-high heat.
05 - Return the glazed ribs to the oven or place on the grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes, brushing with additional glaze every 5 minutes, until the surface becomes sticky and caramelized.
06 - Let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes to retain juices. Slice between the bones and serve hot with extra glaze drizzled over or on the side.
