# What You'll Need:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
03 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - ½ teaspoon each: dried basil, onion powder, garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon each: kosher salt, black pepper

→ Assembly

08 - 2 cups marinara sauce
09 - 4 sub rolls
10 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley or basil (optional)
12 - Extra Parmesan for topping

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Mix beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
02 - Brown meatballs in skillet, drain excess grease. Add marinara, simmer 15 minutes.
