# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mayonnaise
02 - ¼ cup ketchup
03 - 2 tablespoons sweet relish
04 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
05 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder

06 - 2 pounds ground beef
07 - 1 cup white onion, diced
08 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 12 slices American cheese
13 - 32-ounce bag tater tots or discs
14 - Iceberg lettuce, shredded
15 - Dill pickles, diced
16 - White onion, finely diced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, white vinegar, and onion powder until combined.
03 - Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onions, cook until browned, then drain any excess fat.
04 - Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until incorporated.
05 - Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until combined.
06 - Place a layer of American cheese over the filling. Add the tater tots on top in an even layer.
07 - Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, until the tater tots are crispy.
08 - Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and finely diced onions before serving.

01 - Use mini tater tots or crispy crowns for a variation.
02 - If using a regular skillet, transfer the mixture to a baking dish before adding the cheese and tater tots.
