Blackened Salmon Shrimp Cream Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 salmon fillets
02 - 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon butter
09 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Rub salmon fillets with blackened seasoning.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
04 - Add shrimp and cook until pink, 2–3 minutes.
05 - Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
06 - Return salmon to pan and spoon sauce over top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
