02 - 1 ½ cups frozen potatoes O'Brien
03 - 8 ounces cheddar cheese, small diced (or shredded)
04 - 1 ½ cups small diced ham
05 - 12 large eggs
06 - 1 cup milk
07 - ½ cup heavy cream
08 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
10 - ½ teaspoon salt
11 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
12 - 2.75-ounce packet white gravy mix (optional)
13 - 2 cups water or milk (optional, for gravy)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 10-inch bundt pan thoroughly with baking spray, ensuring all crevices are covered, and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the French bread, frozen potatoes O'Brien, cheddar cheese, and diced ham.
03 - Add the mixed ingredients to the prepared bundt pan, pressing gently to distribute evenly.
04 - In another large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
05 - Carefully spoon the egg mixture over the ingredients in the bundt pan. Place the bundt pan on a sheet tray to prevent spills.
06 - Bake for 60 minutes, covering with a foil tent after the first 20 minutes to prevent over-browning.
07 - Allow the bundt cake to sit for 15 minutes at room temperature with the foil still on top.
08 - While waiting, prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the package, using the white gravy mix and water or milk.
09 - Invert the bundt cake onto a serving platter. Serve with the prepared gravy to pour over portions as desired.
