Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray or brush an 8×8-inch baking dish with coconut oil cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, add the yogurt, eggs, honey, oat flour, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.

Gently fold in the fresh berries.

Transfer the batter to your prepared baking dish.

Optionally, add a few extra berries on top of the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until fully set in the center.

Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before slicing.

Serve slices with extra yogurt, honey, and fruit as desired.
