Bubble Up Pizza Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Sauce

01 - 2 cans (7.5 ounces each) refrigerated biscuits
02 - 1 jar (15 ounces) pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

→ Toppings

05 - 1/2 pound Italian sausage
06 - 5 ounces pepperoni (about 25 slices)
07 - 1 cup sliced black olives
08 - 1/2 cup diced green peppers

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sausage for 10 minutes, breaking it into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Remove the sausage and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
03 - Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange them evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
04 - Remove the baking dish from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the biscuits. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese on top, followed by the cooked sausage, pepperoni slices, black olives, and green peppers. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
05 - Return the dish to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - If using larger Grand biscuits, only use 12 biscuits. You can also use frozen Grand biscuits; ensure they are thawed before cooking.
02 - For a creative twist, prepare individual pizzas by dividing the ingredients into muffin tins.
