Knackiger Gemüse-Reis (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 300g cooked rice (leftovers are ideal).
02 - 100g diced carrots.
03 - 100g diced bell peppers.
04 - 50g peas.
05 - 2 green onions.
06 - 2 eggs.
07 - 2 tbsp soy sauce.
08 - 1 tsp turmeric.
09 - 1 tsp paprika powder.
10 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Use leftover rice from yesterday, or let fresh-cooked rice cool before using.
02 - Dice the carrots and peppers. Slice the green onions into thin rings.
03 - Heat oil in a pan. Cook the carrots, peas, and peppers for 3-5 minutes.
04 - Mix in paprika and turmeric, then toss in the rice and stir it all together.
05 - Make a hole in the rice’s center, crack the eggs into it, scramble, and mix everything up.
06 - Pour soy sauce over and stir for 2 more minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve.
