Effortless Chicken Strawberry Burrata (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 1 whole ball of burrata
02 - 300g chicken breast
03 - 1 pack peppery arugula
04 - 1 ripe avocado
05 - 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
06 - 500g juicy strawberries

→ For the Marinade

07 - 2 teaspoons dried herbs like parsley, thyme, or rosemary
08 - 2 teaspoons paprika powder
09 - 1 teaspoon curry powder
10 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

→ For the Dressing

11 - A pinch of salt and pepper, more if you want
12 - 1 teaspoon honey
13 - 1 tablespoon mustard
14 - 6 tablespoons olive oil
15 - 2 tablespoons light balsamic vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Just plop all your mix-ins on two big bowls, drizzle a good bit of dressing, sprinkle on sesame, slice up the burrata and pop on top, now dig in right away.
02 - Airfry your marinated chicken chunks at 180°C for about 10 to 12 minutes. They should get a crispy outside and stay soft inside.
03 - Toss everything for the dressing in a jar with a lid and give it a good shake until it’s mixed up.
04 - Cut the strawberries into quarters, rinse the arugula and let it dry, then slice or cube the avocado.
05 - Cut the chicken breast into little bites. Coat those pieces with all your marinade stuff and let it soak in.

# Notes:

01 - You can split the burrata between both plates if you'd rather.
02 - Leftover dressing keeps well in the jar in your fridge.
