Buttery Garlic Shrimp Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A few parsley sprigs.
02 - Freshly grated parmesan, as much as you want.
03 - Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
04 - A teaspoon of salt.
05 - A teaspoon of sugar.
06 - Pinch of chili flakes.
07 - Lemon juice, splash in what you like.
08 - Slices of 1 lemon.
09 - 50ml of cream.
10 - 150ml chicken broth.
11 - 100ml white wine.
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
13 - 3 tablespoons butter.
14 - 3 cloves of garlic.
15 - 250g shrimp (can be prawns or scampi).
16 - 250g linguine or spaghetti.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop everything on plates and toss some leftover parsley and parmesan over the top.
02 - Drop in half the parsley and a handful of parmesan, toss that with your noodles.
03 - Pour in the broth and cream, let it bubble down a bit. Sprinkle in the seasonings, drizzle lemon juice, and toss in a little sugar.
04 - Throw in the shrimp and lemon slices, fry for a minute each side. Splash in the white wine to loosen things up.
05 - Warm butter and oil together, then let the crushed garlic just get fragrant, don't brown it.
06 - Cook your pasta till it's just got a little bite left, like the packet says.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t overcook the shrimp.
02 - Or, you can just gently heat the shrimp in the broth.
03 - Ready in just 20 minutes.
