Champagne Sugar Green Grapes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Champagne or enough to cover the grapes
02 - 2 cups Green Grapes
03 - 1/2 cup White Granulated Sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Ensure the grapes are washed thoroughly.
02 - Place the washed grapes in a medium bowl and pour champagne over them until covered. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
03 - Place half of the granulated sugar in a small bowl.
04 - Using a slotted spoon, remove the grapes from the champagne, let them drain, and place them in the sugar. Work in small batches to roll the grapes in sugar until well coated. Replace the sugar with the remaining amount when it becomes clumpy.
05 - Place the coated grapes on a plate without stacking and freeze for 2 hours or until fully frozen.
06 - Remove the grapes from the freezer, serve, and enjoy!
