09 - 8 8-inch tortillas
10 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
11 - 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
12 - 1/4 cup diced pickles

→ Burger Sauce

13 - 1/2 cup mayo
14 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
15 - 2 tablespoons pickle relish
16 - 1–2 teaspoons sweetener or sugar
17 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
18 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
19 - 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
20 - 1/4 teaspoon mustard
21 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey with Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried minced onions, salt, and pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the meat mixture until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
03 - On half of each tortilla, spread the cooked meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese and pickles. Fold over to create a half-moon shape.
04 - In the same skillet, add more oil if needed. Cook each folded quesadilla until golden brown on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.
05 - In a small bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, pickle relish, sweetener, paprika, onion powder, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
06 - Slice the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot with burger sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the skillet is fully heated to achieve a golden, crispy texture for the quesadillas.
02 - Adjust the sweetness of the burger sauce to suit your taste preferences.
