# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ For the Sandwiches

04 - 4 slices of bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or your choice)
05 - 1 avocado, sliced
06 - 4 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
10 - 1 tomato, sliced
11 - Butter or olive oil for grilling

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until done. Let rest before slicing.
