# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped into small pieces
02 - 1 cup ranch dressing
03 - 2 cups chicken, diced and cooked (grilled or rotisserie)
04 - Salt and pepper, to taste
05 - 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped with seeds and stem removed (about 1 large or 2 medium peppers)
06 - 1 cup bacon, crumbled (about 1 pound or 16 slices)
07 - 2 avocados, diced (about 1 cup)
08 - 2 tomatoes, diced (about 1 cup)
09 - 2 cups cheddar/jack cheese, grated
10 - 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
11 - 2 green onions, chopped and green parts only

# Instructions:

01 - In a trifle bowl, spread half of the chopped romaine lettuce. Drizzle some of the ranch dressing over the lettuce, adjusting the amount as desired.
02 - Sprinkle half of the chicken over the lettuce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Add half of each ingredient: red bell pepper, bacon, avocados, tomatoes, cheese, and egg.
04 - Repeat with a second layer of all the ingredients. Finish with a final drizzle of dressing and chopped green onions. Optionally, sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top.

# Notes:

01 - If a trifle bowl is unavailable, use any deep large bowl. A glass bowl is preferable to display the layers.
02 - Applying lemon juice on the avocado will help prevent browning.
