Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Bacon

07 - 4 strips of crispy cooked bacon, chopped

→ Assembly

08 - 6 crunchy taco shells
09 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
10 - 1 medium tomato, diced
11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
12 - 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro or parsley (for garnish)

→ Ranch Drizzle

13 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
14 - 1 tbsp milk (to thin slightly, optional)
15 - Freshly cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
02 - Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
03 - Heat taco shells in the oven according to package instructions.
04 - In each taco shell, layer shredded lettuce, warm chicken, chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese (if using).
05 - Drizzle with ranch dressing (thin it slightly with milk if desired) and sprinkle fresh cilantro or parsley on top.
