Chicken Divan Cheesy Broccoli (Print Version)

01 - 1 Tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
02 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
03 - 1/4 cup diced yellow onions
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
09 - 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
10 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
11 - 1/2 cup milk
12 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
13 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

14 - 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
15 - 2 Tablespoons melted salted butter (or unsalted)
16 - 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Heat 1 Tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cubed chicken and diced yellow onions. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until coated and cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
03 - Add broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, milk, and mayonnaise to the skillet. Stir and cook for 4 minutes.
04 - Transfer the chicken mixture to an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - In a small bowl, mix Italian breadcrumbs with melted butter. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the dish.
06 - Bake the dish for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
07 - Optional: Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
