Schokokuss-Dessert Glas Himbeeren (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A splash of lemon juice (about 1 tbsp).
02 - 1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer.
03 - About 200g fresh raspberries.
04 - 12 raspberries for topping.
05 - A bunch of mint leaves.
06 - About 200ml chilled whipping cream.
07 - 9 Super Dickmanns.
08 - 500g quark (20% fat).
09 - 40g sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop on the mint, the rest of your raspberries, and the wafers right before serving to make it look awesome.
02 - Spoon raspberry sauce into some glasses, add the creamy mix, then pour any sauce that's left on top.
03 - Blend your raspberries with the lemon—make it smooth.
04 - Pull the wafers off the Dickmanns, mix the marshmallow stuff with the quark and whipped cream.
05 - Beat cold cream, stabilizer, and sugar until it's stiff. You just need a couple minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Only top with the wafers right before you eat it.
02 - Switch up the berries if you want something different.
03 - You can use a hand mixer or a Thermomix, whatever you've got.
