Strawberry Chocolate Chip Muffins (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Muffins

01 - 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
02 - 1½ teaspoons baking powder
03 - ½ teaspoon each: baking soda, salt
04 - 1 large egg, room temperature
05 - ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
06 - 5 tablespoons (71g) unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 cup (240g) sour cream, room temperature
08 - ¼ cup (60ml) milk, room temperature
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 1 cup (180g) chopped fresh strawberries
11 - ¾ cup (135g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

→ Chocolate Topping

12 - 4 ounces (113g) semi-sweet chocolate bar, chopped

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Line 12-count muffin pan with liners.
02 - Whisk dry ingredients. Separately mix wet ingredients. Combine, then fold in strawberries and chocolate chips.
03 - Fill liners to top. Bake 5 minutes at 425°F, reduce to 350°F, bake 17-19 minutes more.
04 - Cool 5 minutes. Melt chocolate in 15-second increments, drizzle over muffins.
