02 - 7 oz (200g) dill pickles
03 - 7 oz (200g) mayonnaise
04 - 3.5 oz (100g) plain yogurt
05 - 2 pinches of salt
06 - 2 pinches of pepper
07 - 3 tablespoons (40ml) pickle juice
08 - 4 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as chives and parsley)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the bologna into 1/2-inch thick slices, then cut those into thin strips. Cut the pickles into thin strips as well.
02 - In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the plain yogurt, salt, pepper, and pickle juice until you have a smooth, creamy dressing.
03 - Add the bologna strips, pickle strips, and chopped herbs to the dressing and gently fold everything together until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
