# Ingredients:

01 - 1 apple
02 - 1 banana
03 - 16 grapes (about 3.5 oz/100g)
04 - 5.3 oz (150g) strawberries
05 - 1 orange
06 - 1 kiwi
07 - 1/2 lemon (for juice)

# Instructions:

01 - Thoroughly wash all fruits and have them ready on your cutting board.
02 - Quarter the apple, remove the core, then cut each piece in half and dice into bite-sized chunks. Peel the orange and cut it into similar-sized cubes.
03 - Peel the kiwi, cut it into quarters lengthwise, then slice into small pieces. Depending on their size, halve or quarter the strawberries.
04 - Peel the banana and slice it into even rounds. The grapes can remain whole or be halved if they're particularly large.
05 - Combine all the prepared fruit pieces in a large bowl. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the fruit salad to prevent browning and add a fresh, bright flavor.
06 - Either serve the fruit salad immediately or cover and refrigerate to allow the flavors to mingle before serving.
