Colorful Fitness Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 red onion.
02 - 1 handful cherry tomatoes.
03 - 1 carrot.
04 - 1 cucumber.
05 - Pepper as you like.
06 - 0.25 tsp salt.
07 - 2 tbsp chives.
08 - 3 tbsp plant-based yogurt.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all your veggies together. Pour the dressing over everything and serve chilled.
02 - Cut the tomatoes in half after you rinse them. Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
03 - Peel your carrot and grate it finely.
04 - Rinse the cucumber and chop it into small pieces.
05 - Chop up the chives after washing them. Mix them with yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Stays fresh in the fridge for 2 days.
02 - Swap the veggies if you want.
03 - Thin out the dressing to your liking.
