Cotton Candy Cheesecake Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed vanilla wafers
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 tablespoons sugar
04 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring or vanilla extract
07 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
08 - Pink and blue gel food coloring
09 - Whipped cream, for decoration
10 - Pink and blue cotton candy, for decoration
11 - Mini marshmallows or sprinkles, for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge while making the filling.
02 - In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
03 - In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and cotton candy flavoring. Mix well. Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy.
04 - Divide the filling into two bowls. Tint one pink and one blue using the gel food coloring.
05 - Spread the pink filling evenly over the chilled crust. Layer the blue filling on top, swirling lightly to create a cotton candy effect. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
06 - Pipe whipped cream swirls on top. Add cotton candy right before serving to prevent melting. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows or sprinkles as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Add the cotton candy just before serving to maintain its fluffy texture.
