Crack Burgers with Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ lb ground chuck
02 - 3 Tbsp sour cream
03 - 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
04 - ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
02 - Form the mixture into four evenly sized hamburger patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
03 - Let the patties rest at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before cooking. This helps the flavors meld together and ensures the patties hold their shape when cooked.
04 - Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, flipping only once, until they reach your desired doneness. For a medium-rare burger, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F, and for well-done, cook to 160°F.
