# What You'll Need:

01 - 6 bagels

→ Cream Cheese Filling

02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
05 - Pinch of salt

→ Garlic Butter

06 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 egg
08 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
09 - 1½ tablespoons chopped parsley
10 - 2 tablespoons milk
11 - 1-2 tablespoons kewpie mayo
12 - 1 teaspoon oregano
13 - 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
14 - ½ teaspoon salt

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, condensed milk, and salt until smooth.
02 - Mix egg, melted butter, garlic, herbs, milk, mayo, parmesan, and salt until combined.
03 - Cut 6 slits in each bagel, not cutting through completely. Remove small section for filling.
04 - Pipe cream cheese into cuts, then dunk bagels in garlic butter mixture.
05 - Bake at 350°F for 11-13 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley and parmesan.
