05 - 2 cups half ‘n’ half
06 - 28 ounces frozen peas
07 - Fresh dill, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter until it just begins to brown.
02 - Add flour, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook for 1 additional minute, stirring to combine.
03 - Gradually whisk the half ‘n’ half into the flour mixture until smooth.
04 - Add frozen peas and 1 teaspoon of chopped dill. Heat over medium until the mixture comes to a simmer and begins to thicken, stirring regularly to prevent sticking.
05 - Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh dill and a pat of butter, if desired.
