Gradually whisk the half ‘n’ half into the flour mixture until smooth.

Add frozen peas and 1 teaspoon of chopped dill. Heat over medium until the mixture comes to a simmer and begins to thicken, stirring regularly to prevent sticking.

Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh dill and a pat of butter, if desired.
