01 - 1¾ pounds (800g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed (yields about 1⅓ pounds/600g)
02 - 1 pound (500g) small refrigerated gnocchi
03 - 7 oz (200g) ham
04 - 1 cup (250g) heavy cream
05 - 1 cup (100g) shredded cheese
06 - 1 large egg
07 - Salt and freshly ground pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts and cook them in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender but still firm.
02 - Dice the ham into bite-sized pieces.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, egg, shredded cheese, salt and pepper until well combined.
04 - Add the cooked Brussels sprouts, uncooked gnocchi, and diced ham to a baking dish and mix them together evenly.
05 - Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and slightly crispy.
