Effortless Chicken Noodles Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Aromatics & Spices

01 - 2 cloves garlic, minced well
02 - 1 onion, diced small
03 - Olive oil for frying
04 - Salt, whatever amount works for you
05 - Freshly cracked black pepper, as much as you like
06 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

→ Dairy

07 - 200 ml heavy cream

→ Pasta

08 - 250 g noodles, your favorite type

→ Meat & Poultry

09 - 300 g chicken breast, sliced thin

# Instructions:

01 - Toss over some parsley and bring it straight out of the pan while it’s hot.
02 - Add the drained noodles and toss everything together gently. Try the seasoning and add more salt or pepper if you want.
03 - Pour in the cream. Stir until the sauce turns silky and blends together.
04 - Toss in the chicken strips and cook, flipping them so they all get browned and cooked right through.
05 - Heat oil in a big pan and cook the onion and garlic until they look see-through.
06 - Get your noodles boiling in lots of salty water and cook 'em just until firm, following the package directions.

# Notes:

01 - A bit of grated lemon zest gives this sauce an extra kick.
