Creamy Garlic Roasted Potatoes (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Potatoes

01 - 1 pound baby potatoes, washed and halved
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Creamy Sauce

03 - 1 tablespoon butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - ½ cup heavy cream
06 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Garnish

07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment. Toss halved potatoes with oil, salt and pepper.
02 - Spread potatoes on baking sheet. Roast 25-30 minutes until golden, turning halfway through.
03 - Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add cream, simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan until smooth.
