Creamy Meatball Pot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon beef or veggie broth.
02 - 3 tablespoons water.
03 - 1 clove garlic.
04 - 1 red onion.
05 - 20 g processed cheese.
06 - 250 ml cooking cream (15% fat).
07 - 75 g frozen peas.
08 - 1 medium carrot.
09 - 1 tablespoon canola oil.
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper & salt each.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
13 - 250 g mixed ground meat.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour in cream and water now. Stir in cheese plus broth, let everything bubble up a bit.
02 - Start by frying carrot sticks and onion cubes, toss in peas and chopped garlic just for a minute.
03 - Slice up the carrot, chop up onion, mince your garlic.
04 - Mix ground meat with all the spices, roll into 10 balls. Brown them in a bit of oil.
