# Instructions:

01 - Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until smooth. To prevent browning overnight, squeeze in the juice from half a small lemon and mix well.
02 - In a mason jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, milk, and mashed banana mixture. Stir everything together thoroughly.
03 - Spoon the yogurt over the oat-banana mixture, creating a distinct layer. Dice the strawberries and arrange them on top of the yogurt as the final layer.
04 - Seal the jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight. Your ready-to-eat breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning - no cooking required!
