07 - 650 g creamed spinach, frozen or fresh
08 - 200 g herb cream cheese

10 - 2 onions, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon your spinach-cream sauce over the hot pasta and dig in right away.
02 - Splash in some lemon juice, then add a pinch each of salt, pepper, and sugar. If the sauce feels super thick, add extra milk and stir to loosen.
03 - Add creamed spinach, milk, and herb cheese to that pan. Let it warm up as you stir until the spinach melts and everything goes smooth and creamy.
04 - Dice onions and chop garlic, then let them soften up in a large pan on medium heat using a splash of oil. Wait until they're see-through.
05 - Pop your pasta into lots of salty boiling water. Let it cook until it's just how you like it—check the pasta pack for timing.
