Summer fresh in a glass (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ingredients

01 - 9-10 oz (250-300g) strawberries (preferably small ones)
02 - 1 cup (250g) full-fat yogurt (3.5%)
03 - 1 cup (250g) skyr (or quark/fat-free Greek yogurt)
04 - 3.5 oz (100g) oat cookies with chocolate bottom
05 - 2 packets vanilla sugar (or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the oat cookies into fine crumbs. This works well in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin (alternatively, use a food processor). Divide the cookie crumbs evenly among the dessert glasses and gently press down to form a base.
02 - Thoroughly wash the strawberries. Set aside two strawberries with their stems, cutting them in half for decoration. For the remaining strawberries, remove the stems and cut into quarters (or smaller pieces). Mix with one packet of vanilla sugar and let them macerate briefly.
03 - In a bowl, combine the yogurt, skyr (or quark), and the second packet of vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy, then divide evenly among the prepared glasses with cookie bases.
04 - Spoon the sweetened strawberry pieces over the yogurt mixture. Decorate with the reserved strawberry halves and refrigerate until serving. This dessert tastes best when served immediately.

# Notes:

01 - This fresh strawberry dessert is perfect for warm summer days and comes together quickly.
02 - You can substitute the oat cookies with other options like butter cookies or amaretti for the base.
03 - If fresh strawberries aren't available, other berries like raspberries, blueberries, or a berry mix work well too.
