Cremige Gemüsenudeln (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 bell pepper.
02 - 1 small carrot.
03 - 1 clove of garlic.
04 - 1/2 zucchini.
05 - 1 small onion.
06 - 1.5 tbsp tomato paste.
07 - 300 ml light cream.
08 - 1/2 tsp oregano.
09 - 190 g penne pasta.
10 - Cooking spray for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the bell pepper. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds. Chop the garlic and onion finely. Grate the carrot into shreds.
02 - Boil the pasta in salty water until done.
03 - Sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the other veggies. Keep cooking until everything is tender.
04 - Pour in the cream. Stir in the tomato paste. Season with oregano and mix well.
05 - Toss the pasta with the sauce. Dish it up and enjoy.
