Effortless Caesar Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 whole big romaine lettuce
02 - 100 g white bread
03 - 30 g parmesan cheese
04 - 1-2 teaspoons oil
05 - 1-2 cloves garlic for the greens
06 - 1 clove garlic for the sauce
07 - 50 g plain yogurt
08 - 50 g mayonnaise
09 - 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
10 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
11 - Pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Roughly cut the lettuce, give it a good rinse, then use a grater on the parmesan.
02 - Mix mayo, yogurt, mustard, pressed garlic, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl.
03 - Fry bread cubes and garlic with oil until they're crispy and golden.
04 - Toss the lettuce with your sauce, sprinkle on parmesan, and pile on those crunchy croutons.

01 - You can toss in chicken or shrimp if you want.
