Creamy Tuscan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh parsley.
02 - Chicken breast fillets, about 700-800 g.
03 - Salt.
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
05 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano.
06 - Crème fraîche, 150 g.
07 - 35 g parmesan cheese.
08 - 80 ml white wine.
09 - Black pepper.
10 - 1 small yellow onion.
11 - Dried tomatoes in oil, around 50-60 g.
12 - Young baby spinach.
13 - 2 cloves garlic.
14 - 125 ml chicken stock.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cooked chicken back into your pan and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
02 - Add the broth and crème fraîche next, stir in your cheese and spinach, and let things melt together.
03 - Sauté the onion till it’s soft, add garlic and tomatoes for a quick minute, then pour in the wine.
04 - Season your chicken, then brown it in olive oil till both sides are golden, about 3-5 minutes per side.

# Notes:

01 - You can thin out the sauce if it's too thick for your liking.
02 - Great with noodles.
