Crispy Chicken Nachos Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Basics

01 - 100g all-purpose flour
02 - Salt, use as much as you like
03 - 1 big egg
04 - About 100g crunchy nachos
05 - 600g raw chicken breast
06 - Some paprika powder, use as much as you want

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the coated sticks on a baking tray with some parchment and heat them at 200°C for half an hour till they're super crisp and golden.
02 - Take each chicken stick and toss it first in flour, dunk it in your egg mix, and end it with a roll through the nacho crumbs.
03 - Break the nachos into little bits and spread on a plate. Put the flour on another plate. Crack your egg into a bowl and mix in the paprika and salt.
04 - Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips, try to make them all about the same size.

# Notes:

01 - If you're using a stoneware tray, just skip the parchment paper.
