                Pop the coated sticks on a baking tray with some parchment and heat them at 200°C for half an hour till they're super crisp and golden.

                Take each chicken stick and toss it first in flour, dunk it in your egg mix, and end it with a roll through the nacho crumbs.

                Break the nachos into little bits and spread on a plate. Put the flour on another plate. Crack your egg into a bowl and mix in the paprika and salt.

                Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips, try to make them all about the same size.
