Crunchy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For garnish

01 - Some fresh parsley, chopped up fine if you want

→ For the coating

02 - 50 g of fresh grated parmesan

→ For the marinade

03 - 500 g big shrimp, peeled and deveined, raw or thawed
04 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 4 cloves of garlic, really finely diced
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - Half a teaspoon cracked black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Put those cooked shrimp on a plate and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top. Eat right away while they're still hot.
02 - Get the air fryer up to 200°C. Cook the shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip them halfway so both sides get golden and crunchy.
03 - Spray some oil in the basket. Lay the parmesan coated shrimp in so they're not sitting on each other.
04 - Toss the marinated shrimp in a bowl with grated parmesan so they're fully covered.
05 - Mix up the shrimp really well in a big bowl with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice so they're all nicely coated.

# Notes:

01 - Before marinating, pat shrimp dry so the marinade sticks better. For extra crunch, mix in a bit of panko with the parmesan if you want.
