10 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

→ To Assemble

11 - 2-3 large flour tortillas
12 - 1 tablespoon butter for toasting the burritos
13 - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Coat chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Lay a tortilla flat. Add a layer of shredded cheese in the center, followed by crispy chicken pieces and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, if desired. Roll the tortilla tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp. Slice in half before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
