# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced
02 - 3-4 tablespoons oil
03 - 1 ½ teaspoons salt
04 - ½ teaspoon pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Beef

07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1 packet taco seasoning
09 - Water (as directed on taco seasoning packet)

→ Toppings

10 - 8-ounce bag Mexican shredded cheese
11 - Pico de gallo (optional)
12 - Guacamole (optional)
13 - Sour cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Coat 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced, with 3-4 tablespoons of oil. Season with 1 ½ teaspoons salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon onion powder. Mix until all potatoes are evenly coated.
02 - Cook potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket 2-3 times during cooking.
03 - Brown and crumble 1 pound ground beef in a pan. Drain excess grease, then add 1 packet taco seasoning and the directed amount of water. Cook following the instructions on the seasoning packet, then remove from heat.
04 - Layer cooked potatoes on a serving platter, top with seasoned ground beef, and sprinkle with Mexican shredded cheese. Add optional toppings such as pico de gallo, guacamole, or sour cream as desired.
