Effortless Gemüse-Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A bit of oil spray.
02 - Just a pinch of pepper.
03 - Toss in some salt.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - A heaping tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
06 - 50 grams of light grated cheese.
07 - 100 grams of low-fat quark.
08 - 40 grams of spelt flour.
09 - 400 grams frozen broccoli.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up the broccoli after it thaws and let extra water drip off in a strainer.
02 - Toss everything in a big bowl. Stir until you’ve got a smooth mix.
03 - Heat a pan with oil spray. Using a spoon, shape seven patties, put them in, and brown each side till they're golden.
