Effortless Veggie Patties Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For frying

01 - Olive oil (to fry)

→ Flavors and spices

02 - Salt, sprinkle to taste
03 - Black pepper, cracked fresh, as you like
04 - 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
05 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped small

→ Veggies and main ingredients

06 - 2 eggs
07 - 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
08 - 1 cup quick oats
09 - 2 cups diced veggies like zucchini, carrots, broccoli

# Instructions:

01 - Lay them on some paper towel so the extra oil comes off, then eat warm. Goes great with a crisp salad or dip on the side.
02 - Let the patties get nice and golden on each side, about four or five minutes, so they're crispy outside.
03 - With a spoon, scoop out little heaps of the mix into the hot skillet, flatten them out a bit, and start frying them up.
04 - Turn your nonstick pan to medium heat and coat the bottom generously with a splash of olive oil.
05 - Dump that egg mixture over the veggies and oats, then mix till it’s all blended and holds together well.
06 - Pop the eggs into a bowl, toss in the grated cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, and whisk good until it’s smooth.
07 - Toss chopped veggies into a big bowl along with the oats, and stir them together well.

# Notes:

01 - If you want to make it vegan, go for plant-based eggs and cheese. These patties are also awesome for meal prepping ahead.
