Line the crock pot with a large piece of heavy-duty foil, spray with cooking spray, and set aside.

In a large bowl, add onion, milk, eggs, brown sugar, ketchup, bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully combined.

Add panko breadcrumbs to the mixture. Stir until mixed well.

Add ground beef and mix everything with clean hands until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Place the mixture into the foil-lined crock pot and form it into a long oval shape. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix ketchup, bbq sauce, and brown sugar until combined.

Brush half of the glaze on the meatloaf. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

Remove the meatloaf from the crock pot using the foil to lift it out. Place on a sheet tray, brush with the remaining glaze, and optionally broil until bubbly and slightly browned. Garnish with parsley and serve.
