Heat your oven to 200°C using top and bottom heat then let everything turn golden for about 20 minutes.

Shred the parmesan and sprinkle it all over the broccoli chunks.

Crush the garlic, blend it with olive oil, add pepper, salt, and lemon juice, then slather this mixture onto the broccoli.

Grab a baking tray, put down that parchment, move broccoli with a slotted spoon onto it, and gently smash them flat using a glass.

Rinse broccoli, split it into florets, drop them into boiling salted water for 5 minutes till just tender, then lift them back out.
