Crispy Smashed Brokkoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Some salt.
02 - A bit of pepper.
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
04 - 2 fresh garlic cloves.
05 - 5 tablespoons olive oil.
06 - 80 grams parmesan cheese.
07 - 500 grams broccoli.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 200°C using top and bottom heat then let everything turn golden for about 20 minutes.
02 - Shred the parmesan and sprinkle it all over the broccoli chunks.
03 - Crush the garlic, blend it with olive oil, add pepper, salt, and lemon juice, then slather this mixture onto the broccoli.
04 - Grab a baking tray, put down that parchment, move broccoli with a slotted spoon onto it, and gently smash them flat using a glass.
05 - Rinse broccoli, split it into florets, drop them into boiling salted water for 5 minutes till just tender, then lift them back out.

# Notes:

01 - Broccoli needs to be cooked till it's just got a bit of bite.
02 - Flatten gently so your broccoli doesn't fall apart.
